This is the Season for College Applications

Last week, a North Carolina Governor proclaimed November 15-19 to be “College Application Week” for residents of the state. Students who apply to any North Carolina college throughout the week will be assisted by academic advisors, and a majority of the colleges will be waiving normal application fees during the allotted time frame.

I’d like to see Governor Perdue’s call-to-action on a national level! We’re officially 2 months out from the end of the year – so why not make a personal goal to apply for colleges in your area by the end of November? It’s always a good idea to complete the college application process before the holidays, especially if you’re required to submit application essays and reference letters. Let Degrees.com help you find the college and degree program that you’re looking for in three easy steps.
