Welcome to the New Degrees Blog!

The best, most informative and often-times most entertaining place in the on-line education blogosphere is right here at Degrees.com.  Part support-group, part idea-exchange, part information hub, part place to bitterly complain about how you have no social life when you both work and go to college, the DegreesBlog gives you the opportunity to be heard, and maybe even learn something without having to actually study.

The DegreeBlog  is a unique college blog in that it is an education resource, but also about building community among posters and users who have a special connection to or interest in online education, and the life experiences that surround going to  cyber college. So we encourage posts by current students discussing their distance learning and online college experiences and prospective students who want to learn more about what it is like to take courses through an online college, university or trade school.  We also want to hear from people who are having an on-campus college education experience, and hear from everyone on the pros and cons of online and on-campus programs.

Everyone wants to know of ways to make tuition fees less costly, so if you have experiences or knowledge relating to financial aid or scholarships, bring it on. Admissions assistance information and the experience of transferring colleges are also topics that would be helpful or of interest to the DegreeBlog community.

The DegreeBlog is a unique student blog. News and articles, advice and links, personal anecdotes around college education experiences and helpful information for users and posters make the DegreeBlog a community and education resource… a place you can learn even when you’re tired of learning!
